All orders placed before 12:00 from Monday to Thursday are sent the same day. Orders placed at the weekend are sent on Sunday evening. Orders placed on a public holiday are sent the next working day.
For information only, and without this constituting a contractual guarantee by BFTB, the average delivery times generally noted can be:
2 to 3 working days for "Express" deliveries to destinations in Egypt + 2-3 days for the other territories. To take advantage of an Express delivery, your order must have been finalized and confirmed by BFTB before noon.
3 to 4 working days for "Standard" deliveries to destinations in Egypt +7 days for the other territories.
Satisfaction or your money back:
You have 7 clear days from reception of the product to return it. We undertake to then exchange or reimburse you the price of all the products, on the condition that they are returned to us in good condition and in their original packaging. Before returning your order, you must request a Return Number from our Customer Service. Express Reimbursement:
As soon as your return package is received, and on the condition that the returned products are new, unworn and in their original packaging, we issue reimbursement of your order by bank transfer (bank delays are possible).
Easy Exchange:
If the color, size or other details do not suit you and you wish to exchange the product, we undertake (on the condition that the returned products are new, unworn and in their original packaging) to reimburse you and offer you the shipping costs of your new order.
